Building Industry Consulting
Services, International
BICSI, an international not-for-profit telecommunications
association, was founded in 1974 to serve and support
the telephone company building industry consultants
(BICs) responsible for the design and distribution
of telecommunications writing in commercial and multi-family
buildings. BICSI has grown dramatically since those
early days and by the end of 1999 will serve nearly
17,000 members from every state in the US and from
over 75 countries around the world. Our programs and
interests cover the broad spectrum of voice, data,
and video technologies.
